This is a Mexican dish which can be made in literally seconds. Since it’s Mexican, you can go crazy with the chili peppers.
Step 1. Lay out the parma ham and grated cheese on a tortilla base like so:
Step 2. Fold the tortilla and lightly oil it on both sides before placing on a dry frying pan.
Step 3. Serve with some nice salsa of your choice (bad picture of serving because the salsa slipped!)
